Our approach to masterplanning creates an end result which ensures a community neighbourhood lifestyle whilst maintaining environmental harmony and construction efficiency.

We use linear park concepts, pedestrian links and tailored streeetscapes

 to create a truly family lifestyle whilst emphasising on security, peace and quiet.

We have used these design principles successfully in a number of diverse situations from smaller 100 acre hillside sites (bukit Hatamas) to larger coastal town centres (Paradise Waters). 

We offer experience in mountainous terrain, lake developments, coastal reclamation and canal home layouts. 

Our scope of work also includes schematic cut and fill analysis 

at early concept stages to ensure a balance of earthwork, 

protect natural contours and be certain that interesting design ideas are also practical.
